Vacy Public School proudly offers a range of spaces, tools and resources to support student learning. We offer a range of learning environments that help students stay engaged, build confidence and enjoy every part of their school day. Our facilities include:

Before and After School Care (BASC) program to support working families by providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for students outside regular school hours.

Resources and technology

Our school uses modern technology and digital learning tools. Our resources help students learn, create and stay connected. As a NSW public school, we have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state.

At Vacy Public School, every classroom is equipped with a smart board which significantly enhances teaching and learning by making lessons more interactive and engaging. Providing every student with a device is a great step towards ensuring equitable access to digital learning and enhancing educational outcomes.

The covered COLA area provides an excellent space for students to have lunch. Handball courts are available for student use, and the area serves as an ideal venue for assemblies.

Our new covered stage area is an ideal venue for presentation days, school theatrical productions, and dance performances.

The sensory garden provides a tranquil space for students to relax. It features a shaded pathway for leisurely walks, seating areas, and a variety of beautiful plants and wildlife to appreciate.

Our new environmental learning area has recently been planted with a variety of vegetables. Students enjoy caring for the garden by checking on it daily and watering the plants to ensure their growth and the production of fresh food.

Hunter Mobile Preschool is running Vacy Public Schools Before and After School Care (BASC)

Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm.

Children must pre book to attend.
